Dr. Ian K Smith's Fat Smash Diet
The Fat Smash Diet – Have a realistic
look!
Millions of people have wasted time and money trying fad diets
that simply don't work and in some cases even put your health
at risk. But that doesn't mean you can't shed unwanted pounds.
Here comes The Fat Smash Diet, Bestseller Advice Book according
to New York Times.
It comprises of a 90-day plan which is supposed to build
healthy habits that become your lifestyle. As an added bonus,
there are over fifty easy-to-cook, tasty recipes that make it
easier to stick with Dr. Smith’s plan. It is a four-phase
diet
Phase I
It is the Detox phase and lasts for 9 days. In this phase you
will mostly eat fruits and vegetables. The idea is to cleanse
your body so you will need to eliminate things like alcohol or
caffeine.
Phase II
This phase lasts for 3 weeks. In this phase you eat the same
foods as in phase I except you will reintroduce lean meats.
Phase III
This phase lasts for 4 weeks. In this phase you eat the same
foods as in phase I & II except you will reintroduce whole
wheat pasta and bread.
Phase IV
This phase is for life, the above three phases gradually
prepare you for this. In this phase you eat the same foods as
phase I, II, & III. In addition to those foods, you can eat
some white starches (i.e. white rice, potatoes) as well as have
a couple of glasses of wine or beer each week.
The Fat Smash Diet is specifically designed to be a 90-day
program with four phases that will ultimately rewire your body
and its relationship to food and physical activity for the rest
of your life. At the end of the 90 days, you will have made
small but important adjustments, not only in your food
consumption, but in your understanding and attitude toward food
and the way you view the importance of physical activity in
maintaining a healthy life.
Each of the phases is linked with previous and it is a
ladder, if you want to reach the top than first take the
initial steps. In short; your foundation (Phase I, II &
III) should be strong enough to help you for staying at
Top.
The diet is a healthy four-phase diet that starts out with a
natural Detox phase to clean the impurities out of your system.
It then progresses to eating normal, everyday foods that you
can make right at home or order at a restaurant. There
are lots of different foods on the "allowable" food lists so
that vegans, vegetarians and meat eaters can all find what they
like and follow the program this is not about counting calories
or performing difficult calculations. Just choose the foods
from the lists and follow the recommendations and you will
start to see that weight coming right off.
According to an Amazon customer, at
start it is a bit rough with headaches and leg cramps but it is
just a temporarily condition so don’t panic. Another user
writes that the book has also some mistakes between the
guidelines and the recipes. The plan seems to me to be
impractical up to some extent as it needs will and
determination. Therefore; I suppose that this plan could work
for a person whose livelihood depends largely on his/her
appearance, and possibly even for a single person who cooks
only for him/herself and doesn't have a lot of obligations to
others.
So if you are
conscious about your health, look and want a long healthy life
than don’t waste time, adapt this program and don’t forget to
try the awesome recipes. This common-sense stuff would really
bring a positive change in your life which will give you a
revamped look for which you have dreamt for so long!

showing me the way."
